西式素鱼扒


材料:

素麦片鱼 2片(买现成)

马铃薯 3粒(切条)

青瓜 ½条(切片)

小番茄 5粒

生菜 2片

蔬菜沙拉 1小碗


调味料:

素G粉 1汤匙

脆粉 200克


做法:

1)马铃薯切条后,炸成金黄色。

2)将素麦片鱼撒上素G粉腌制1小时。

3)把腌制过的素麦片鱼蘸上脆粉浆后用炸至脆香。

4)摆在碟上加入配料即可。



Western Vegan Fish & Chips

 

Ingredients:

2 slices vegetarian wheat fish (store-bought)

3 potatoes (cut in batons)

1/2 cucumber (sliced)

5 baby tomatoes

2 leaves lettuce

1 bowl mixed salad leaves


Seasoning:

1 tbsp seasoning G powder

200 g crispy flour


Method:

1) Cut the potatoes in batons, deep-fry until golden brown.

2) Marinate the vegetarian wheat fish with seasoning G powder for 1 hour.

3) Coat the marinated vegetarian wheat fish in crispy flour batter to deep-fry until crispy and fragrant.

4) Place on serving plate with the side dishes. Serve.
