材料:

2)调味料:
盐 1/4茶匙
糖 1 1/2大匙
酱油 1大匙
做法:
1. 发酵豆饼切成小块,烘至干脆。(用1500C烘干,亦可以油炸脆)
2. 烧2大匙油,加入调味料,煮至糖起泡。
3. 待调味料完全溶解后,加入所有材料,快手炒匀即可。
|Fried Spicy Tempeh|
Ingredients :
1 piece tempeh
50 g sweet bean curd (cut into strips, deep fried)
100 g peanut (deep fry with oil)
50 g cashew nut (deep fry with oil)
2 nos red chili (cut into dice)
2 nos green chili (cut into dice)
Seasoning Ingredients :
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy souce
Method :
1. Cut tempeh into small pieces, baked it until crispy. (Baked in an oven at 1500C, or deep fry till light brown and crispy)
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add in seasoning ingredients, fry until sugar begins to bubble and dissolve.
3. Then, add in all ingredients. Stir fry quickly, dish out on a plate.
