(2-3人份)
材料:
米粉 200克(浸泡氽烫)
红萝卜丝 1杯(氽烫)
青瓜丝 1杯
豆芽 2杯
番茄 1杯
姜花 1朵(切丝)
香茅 2 支(切丝)
薄荷叶 2杯
麻风柑叶 2片(切丝)
酱汁:
桔仔 5-6粒(榨汁)
辣椒蓉 2-3汤匙
酱油 1汤匙
糖 1汤匙
天贝粉 1汤匙(天贝烤干,磨粉)
装饰:
芝麻 1-2 汤匙
芫茜 少许
做法:
把酱料混合好后,再把米粉,蔬菜和香草混合均匀。撒上芝麻和芫茜装饰就可以上菜了。
Kerabu Bee Hon
Serving for 2-3 person
Ingredients:
200g Bee Hon (soak and blanch until soft)
1 Cup Shredded carrot (blanched)
1 Cup Shredded Cucumber
2 Cups Bean Sprout
1 Cup Sliced Tomato
1 Torch Ginger Flower (Sliced thinly)
2 Stalks Lemongrass (Sliced thinly)
2 Cups Mint Leaves
2 Pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves (Slice thinly)
Dressing:
Juice of 5-6 Calamansi
2-3 TBS Chilli paste
1TBS Soy Sauce
1TBS Sugar
1TBS Tempeh Power (Blend the roasted tempeh into powder)
Garnishing:
1-2 TBS Toasted Sesame seeds
Some Coriander Leaves
Method:
Combined all dressing ingredients, add in bee hon, vegetables and herbs, toss evenly. Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
