Cultivating Mind by  Reciting  Buddha’ s  Name

Free from greed and obsession 

Free from anger and hatred 

Free from ignorance 

Free from arrogance 

Free from suspicion

学习佛法很重要的是先学会调心转念,面对他人无理无端的阻碍时,不论是妒忌、毁谤、辱骂、冤枉,内心依然以布施善缘、持戒守正、忍辱勇敢,精进努力、禅定观心、智慧无畏的观念态度应变一切。

不需停留在委屈、愤恨、奥恼的情绪太久,因为如此内心苦难,只会永无止尽的延续。

一切烦恼痛苦的根源在于自心,如果要彻底消除烦恼痛苦,先得使自己安住正念。

An important thing for studying Buddhism is to transform our mind .

When confronting other’s unreasonable obstacle for no reasons ,no matter it is from jealousy, slander, abusing ,or injustice, we should keep the following thoughts and attitude for the feedback; giving and sharing, upholding precepts properly, patience and being brave, performing spiritual practice diligently, taking medication and being aware of our mind, reflecting wisdom with no fear.

Need not nurse negative emotions (such as : grievances ,resentment ,or chagrin ) in mind too long, since doing this can only last our misery endlessly. 

All the afflictions originated from our mind. If we hope to eliminate our afflictions, we should settle our mind in right thoughts.

 《阿弥陀佛经》如是言

“不可以少善根福德因缘,得生彼国。”

不仅往生极乐世界须具足善根福德因缘,

学佛修行也皆不可少之。

“善根”是发起成就菩提佛道的信愿之心,

“福德”是广行菩萨六度万行的清净善果,

以菩提愿心的善根为“因”,

以六度万行的福德为“缘”,

福德培植的够,

智慧自然开启,

学佛后的人生舍去执着、舍去烦恼,

舍得舍得却越舍越得,

“善根福德因缘”圆满具足,

人生就会犹如“极乐净土”般的光明美好,欢喜安乐!

There is a quote in "Amitabha  Sutra" :

“One cannot have few good roots, blessings, virtues and causal connections to attain birth in Pureland “

These are not just equipped conditions for us to get birth to the World of Ultimate Bliss, but also necessary factors for Buddhist practicers .

"Good Root" is the mind that faith and vow to achieve Buddha status are aroused.

"Blessings and Virtues" are the pure and good karmic results, which Bodhisattva's  Six Paramitas  and Thousands of Virtue were practiced.

Taking good root of vowing to practice with Bodhicitta as the “Cause “ .

By means of Six Paramitas and Thousands of Virtues, the blessings  and virtues to be the “Casual Condition “.

With enough blessings and virtues, wisdom will be enlightened thereof.

Learning Buddhism, we know how to let go of our attachment and our affliction.

The more we let go,  the more we get rewards.

When we are completely qualified with “good roots, blessings, virtues ,and casual connections ", our life  will be as bright, amazing, joyful and peaceful as in “the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss".

生老病死,爱恨离别----无人可免
如何从人生苦难中解脱出来
到达安乐净土的理想境界?
二千五百多年前寂静的夜晚
佛陀在菩提树下的沈思
不为别的,就是为了众生
他对内心做最深层的观照
体悟到世间一切缘生又缘灭-----
众生却常因生活不能尽如己意
深陷困顿自怨自艾
静思佛陀的智慧
体悟缘起性空的清净心灵
转化身心的热恼与执取
在无常变动中寻得人生安心之道

Birth, Age, illness and death, are the facts that no one can avoid 

their coming, as well as the situation of attachment, hatred and being separated from those whom we love.....

How do we liberate ourselves from the suffering in life and attain the ideal Pure Land of peaceful  bliss ?

Two thousand five hundred years ago, it was a silent night.

Buddha was pondering under a Bodhi Tree.

He did it for all sentient beings.

He made his deepest contemplation, 

and realized that everything in this world is rising and disappearing by conditions.

We, sentient beings, feel difficult to meet our own wish all the time.

It makes us very upset and turns out to be a complainer. 

Pondering with Budddha's wisdom, we realize the essence of emptiness while it occurs and ceases according to the multi conditions.

And it was originally pure in our mind.

We transform the affliction and attachment of our heart to the way of peaceful life, during those impermanent changes.
