材料(1):
金瓜粗条100克(飞水)
冬瓜粗条100克(飞水)
炸香杏仁片 少许
调味料:
姜茸 1茶匙
盐 1/8茶匙
菜莆 1大匙
香菇味素 1/4茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
勾芡:
粟粉 1/2茶匙
水 3大匙
做法:
烧热适量油,爆香姜茸和菜莆,加入(1)料炒匀,再加上调味料炒片刻,勾芡上碟。撒入杏仁片趁热享用。
100 gms Pumpkin (cut into thick strips, blanched)
100 gms Winter melon (cut into thick strips, blanched)
A bit of almond flakes (deep fried till crispy)
Seasoning:
1 tsp Chopped ginger
1 tbsp Preserved carrot
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Mushroom seasoning
Thickening:
1/2 tsp Corn flour
3 tbsp Water
Method:
Heat oil and saute ginger and preserved carrot. Add in ingredients 1 and mix well with seasoning. Add in thickening solution and pour over blanched pumpkin and winter melon and sprinkle crispy almond flakes over it.
